Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that there is enough evidence for the reference to declare PTI null and void.
During the press conference in Lahore, Rana Sanaullah said that the process for annulling an organization is the judicial process.
He said that our legal team also has to see what are the chances of success in this process.
The Federal Interior Minister further said that the evidence that has come out is enough to move the reference for annulment.
He said that what was received from Zaman Park today, supported Maryam Nawaz’s statement yesterday.
Rana Sanaullah also said that Imran Khan insisted on going inside the court with an armed group of 100 people.
He said that the court should have ordered him to appear from the car, but Imran Khan was given the facility to appear inside the car.
The interior minister said that Imran Khan was willing to riot even in his government and used to say that if he gets the power, he will hang 500 people.
They said that Imran Khan started Jail Bharu movement for his workers but he is afraid of going to jail himself, he does not appear in court because he knows that he has to be punished in these cases.
Rana Sanaullah said that Imran Khan had started the Jail Bharu Movement and he himself was a protester in Zaman Park, there were people there who did not belong to Punjab.
He said that Imran Khan’s agenda for ten years is to spread chaos and anarchy, it has been a willing mischief in the government as well.
The interior minister said that unfortunately the prime minister is a contender to become the prime minister, the evidence of Farah Gogi’s money laundering has come to light, he has siphoned billions of rupees from the national treasury.
He said that the police faced his mischief and terrorism for 4 days, the police put such pressure on him that he was willing to appear in court.
Rana Sanaullah said that he was given protective bail in all cases a day before appearing in the court, he is tearing the heads of the law enforcers and he is being granted pre-arrest bail.
He said that it is tearing the heads of those who go to comply with the court order, he used to say that I will not appear, he had to appear, today he was forced to appear before the court.
The Federal Minister of Interior said that we offered that if you are in danger, we will take you to court and then leave you back wherever, he was told that if you are in danger, we will provide you security. Despite the assurance, they thought it appropriate to go in a group.
They said that Imran Khan reached the court with an armed group of three to four hundred people, according to the order of the court, people were allowed to enter the judicial complex.
Rana Sanaullah said that he was told that there is a security arrangement, you can go to the court, you and two or three people who go to the court in a car.
He said that the court should have ordered him to get out of the car and appear, it was necessary to prevent such incidents from happening again, but this behavior has added to his misery.
He said that it is very unfortunate that he was given the facility to attend in the car, later he heard that the signature file also disappeared somewhere.
Ranasana Allah said that you kept people in jail for months and years and you are so afraid of jail, if the nation had stood up and blocked its way in 2018, the situation would have been better today.
He said that even those who brought this have been regretting today, Imran Khan is not a politician, his attitude is not democratic, the nation should realize this and reduce him with the power of vote.
The Federal Interior Minister said that 65 people have been arrested, the majority are not from Punjab, the weapons recovered from Zaman Park are all illegal weapons.
