Somraj Banerjee, Calcutta: 10,000 rupees are being sent to the bank accounts of students of higher secondary level before panchayat polls in the state on Monday. Basically, for the past few years, financial grants have been given by the state to buy tabs for higher secondary level students. Last year also it was given to students at higher secondary level. According to the school education department, this money will reach the bank accounts of more than 8 lakh students today, Monday. Today Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will inaugurate it virtually from the Netaji Indoor Stadium. Basically, through this project titled ‘Turuner Swapna’, tab money will be sent to the bank accounts of higher secondary level students.
Apart from this, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has also inaugurated several projects from the Netaji Indoor Stadium on Monday. The administrative circles believe that apart from the Chief Minister virtually inaugurating a new building of the State Joint Entrance Board, Netaji can also make several announcements or decisions on education from the indoor stadium.
