In Dev’s ‘Prajapati’, this time the color of politics, Dilip Ghosh opposite Mithun

#South Bengal: He was not invited to the opening stage of Kolkata International Film Festival. Even, his new film ‘Butterfly’ did not make it to the list of movies shown in Navanna. We are talking about Bengali actor Mithun Chakraborty. This time Dilip Ghosh stood by him with this incident.

Not only an actor, now Mithun is one of the most active BJP leaders in the state. And, that is why Mamata Banerjee’s government has behaved so badly towards him. BJP’s All India Vice President Dilip Ghosh made such a complaint on Sunday. Incidentally, Trinamool MP Dev also acted in this movie alongside Mithun Chakraborty. Dileep alleged that there were attempts to close Dev’s business because he did not want to contest the Lok Sabha elections.

Last December 14th, around the opening ceremony of the Kolkata International Film Festival, there was a traditional Chandher Haat at the Netaji Indoor Stadium. Who wasn’t there? From Amitabh Bachchan to Shahrukh Khan, Jaya Bachchan to Rani Mukherjee. Sourav Gangopadhyay was also the grandfather of Bengal. But, Mithun Chakraborty, another Bengali grandfather, was not seen. There was no less turmoil in the state politics. The leaders of the Padma camp asked whether this successful Bengal child was deprived of his due honor because of the BJP. This time, the same complaint was heard in the mouth of Dilip Ghosh.

Dilip Ghosh said, “Unless Trinamool Congress does not get any benefits in West Bengal. No space is available. Since Mithun Chakraborty does BJP, he is not invited to film festivals. His films are not allowed to be released.” Dilip Ghosh made this comment when he came to attend the party program of BJP in Burdwan on Sunday.

Biman Basu’s sarcasm in this context, “The fact that Nandan’s name is still Nandan is now a matter of research. It is not a new issue. I have seen earlier that Aneek Dutt’s Aparajit did not get screening.”

However, Trinamool did not want to give importance to such comments of Dilip. On this day Firhad Hakim said, “The Chief Minister should not be dragged on such a small matter, he may not know. Nandan has booking rules. He may have been late in submitting. I don’t know. Besides, our MP is also in that movie. We are proud of Dev. .”

Not only Mithun context. On this day, Dileep is seen commenting on various issues of state politics. In the last panchayat election, he again attacked the Trinamool by alleging violence. He said, “People are now demanding an account from those who have remained in power for so long without allowing the opposition to submit nominations. All the money sent by the center including roads, electricity, housing schemes has been looted.” He said that the BJP is taking a program to surround BVO offices across the state.

Recently, it has been learned that fifty lakh names have been removed from the list of Awas Yojana. In this context, Dilip said, “Those who are the real recipients, their names are being cut off. Because, they are poor people. They are not able to pay money to Trinamool. In order to get a house, either they have to be workers of Trinamool, or else they have to pay twenty five thousand rupees in advance. Those who did not pay Their names have been cut off. Four hundred and fifty names have been cut off in one panchayat in my area. We are sending the list to the centre. Based on that, investigation is starting. Common people want rights. Modi government is sending money. Surveying and sending the list. That list is being changed here. The people of the state want his answer.”
